A/D Kit upgrade for LogicFlex Serial/Parallel

Adds 8 channels of 12-bit A/D to the Serial/Parallel board. The A/D option is based on the Maxim MAX197 chip which features software-selectable input ranges of +/-10V, +/-5, 0V to 10V, and 0V to 5V.Adds 8 channels of 12-bit A/D to the Serial/Parallel board.
